Made a mistake? Don't panic. The system allows corrections.

Before Locking

  • Action: Simply edit the fields. Nothing is final until you lock.

After Locking (But Not Verified)

  • Action: Log in -> Click 'Unlock Application Form' -> Edit -> Lock again.

After Verification

  • Action:
    1. Log in -> Click 'Unlock Application Form'.
    2. Warning: Your status changes to "Unverified".
    3. Make changes.
    4. Lock again.
    5. Contact Guidance Center: You must ask them to verify your form again.

Grievance Redressal

  • If there is a technical error (e.g., wrong marks fetched by system), raise a 'Grievance' ticket in the dashboard. The Deputy Director of Education (DyDE) office will resolve it.

Q: Can I change my stream in Part-2? A: Yes. Unlock Part-2, change stream, search colleges again, set preferences, and lock.
