Types of Verification

    2. The Guidance Center officials view your uploaded documents online.

Choosing a Guidance Center

  • In-House: Most State Board schools act as Guidance Centers for their own students.
  • External: If your school is not a center (e.g., some CBSE schools), select the nearest Junior College or High School from the dropdown list in Part-1.

Common Mistakes & Troubleshooting

  • Blurry Photos: The #1 reason for rejection. Ensure you scan documents clearly.
  • Wrong Document: Uploading a receipt instead of the actual certificate. (Receipts are sometimes accepted strictly as per government GRs, but certificates are safer).
  • Waiting too long: If not verified within 2 days, visit the Guidance Center physically with original documents.
