Once you are allotted a college and decide to accept it, you must complete the confirmation process.

Step-by-Step Confirmation Guide

1. Online Acceptance

Purpose: To tell the system you are taking the seat. Action:

  1. Log in to mahafyjcadmissions.in.
  2. Go to 'Allotment Status'.
  3. Click 'Proceed for Admission'.
  4. This locks your seat temporarily for the college to verify.

2. Physical Visit

Purpose: Verification and Fee Payment. Action:

  1. Take Original Documents + 2 sets of photocopies.
  2. Take Allotment Letter (Print from portal).
  3. Take Part-1 and Part-2 Form prints.
  4. Visit the college office.

3. College Verification

Purpose: College checks your eligibility. Action:

  1. College staff checks originals (Mark sheet, LC, Caste Cert).
  2. If valid, they approve the admission in their system.
  3. System Update: You will receive an SMS: "Admission confirmed at [College Name]".

4. Fee Payment

Purpose: Finalizing the deal. Action:

  1. Pay fees via Cash/DD/Online (as per college).
  2. Get the Fee Receipt.
  3. ID Card: Some colleges issue temporary ID or collect data for it.

  1. 10th Marksheet.
  2. School Leaving Certificate (LC).
  3. Caste Certificate (if reserved).
