Step-by-Step Confirmation Guide
1. Online Acceptance
Purpose: To tell the system you are taking the seat. Action:
- Log in to mahafyjcadmissions.in.
- Go to 'Allotment Status'.
- Click 'Proceed for Admission'.
- This locks your seat temporarily for the college to verify.
2. Physical Visit
Purpose: Verification and Fee Payment. Action:
- Take Original Documents + 2 sets of photocopies.
- Take Allotment Letter (Print from portal).
- Take Part-1 and Part-2 Form prints.
- Visit the college office.
3. College Verification
Purpose: College checks your eligibility. Action:
- College staff checks originals (Mark sheet, LC, Caste Cert).
- If valid, they approve the admission in their system.
- System Update: You will receive an SMS: "Admission confirmed at [College Name]".
4. Fee Payment
Purpose: Finalizing the deal. Action:
- Pay fees via Cash/DD/Online (as per college).
- Get the Fee Receipt.
- ID Card: Some colleges issue temporary ID or collect data for it.
